Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is hiring IT Interns for our 2026 Summer IT Internship Program. This hands‑on program is designed for students who want real exposure to client‑facing IT work and are interested in developing technical and professional skills in a fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing Interns will work alongside experienced IT professionals to learn the fundamentals of client‑facing IT work, including system configuration, domain and email management, and process‑driven technical support within a structured environment. Proactively communicate with clients via phone and email to support IT‑related initiatives. Assist with the configuration and validation of verified email senders to ensure secure and reliable email delivery from customer systems. Support domain and DNS standardization efforts, including documenting and assisting with migrations to more secure, customer‑specific configurations. Help execute repeatable technical processes related to email security, domain management, and account cleanup under the guidance of senior technicians. Review, audit, and organize domain‑related information to ensure accuracy, accountability, and proper ownership. Follow documented procedures and checklists to safely implement changes in customer environments. Work alongside the IT team to support project execution, validation, and day‑to‑day operational needs. What We’re Looking For This internship is designed for students who are interested in exploring a career in IT. While Information Technology and Computer Science majors are most common, students from related academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply if there is a clear interest in technical work and client interaction. Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong communication skills and confidence interacting directly with clients. Interest in networking, systems, or IT infrastructure. Ability to explain information clearly and professionally, both over the phone and through email. Strong attention to detail when working within systems and processes. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks. Willingness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
