Tow Truck Driver – Primary Duties
Safely tow vehicles using assigned equipment
Perform tire changes
Provide lockout services
Deliver fuel to members in need
Maintain clear and professional communication with members and dispatch
Use a company-issued tablet to receive jobs, update statuses, and complete service reports
Lift and carry equipment or vehicle components up to 50 lbs minimum
Work in a fast-paced, emergency response environment
Operate in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.)
Work effectively as a team player
Battery Technician – Primary Duties
Perform battery testing and diagnostics
Install replacement batteries
Provide jump-start services
Perform tire changes
Provide lockout services
Deliver fuel to members in need
Maintain clear and professional communication with members and dispatch
Use a company-issued tablet to conduct tests, record results, receive jobs, and close out service calls
Lift and carry batteries or equipment up to 50 lbs minimum
Work in a fast-paced, emergency response environment
Operate in all weather conditions
Work effectively as a team player
Required Qualifications & Skills
Must be at least 23 years of age
Must have a clean driving record
Strong communication skills
Ability to learn and use company technology , including tablets for testing, job assignments, and documentation
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Ability to work quickly and safely in emergency roadside situations
Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to work well as part of a team
