Position Overview

 

Evergreen Benefits Group, LLC is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Account Manager to join our growing insurance agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent client service, and working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. The Account Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, assisting with policy servicing, renewals, and day-to-day account needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for assigned client accounts
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Assist clients with policy changes, questions, and coverage reviews
  • Process endorsements, renewals, and policy updates
  • Coordinate with carriers to resolve billing, claims, and underwriting matters
  • Prepare proposals, summaries, and client communications
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records
  • Support producers and agency leadership as needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve client coverage and retention

 

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in insurance, customer service, or account management preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
  • Professional, positive, and client-focused attitude
  • Proficiency with computers and common office software
  • Texas insurance license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with group health or employee benefits (a plus)
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
