1st Shift: $19/hr | 2nd Shift: $19.54/hr

What You’ll Do
Assemble micro‑sized components under a microscope (90% of shift)
Use small hand tools and follow detailed instructions
Perform inspections, deburring, and quality checks
Work in a clean, climate‑controlled cleanroom
What We’re Looking For
6+ months small‑part or medical assembly experience
3+ months microscope experience or strong comfort using one
Strong hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail
Reliable and quality‑focused

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shoreview, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.53/hr.
