Assembler Medical Assembly $20$23.76/hr | 1st Shift We're hiring detail-oriented Assemblers to join a fast-growing manufacturing team working with fiber optic cables and small-part assemblies. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on, precision work in a clean, professional environment. What You'll Do Measure and cut fiber optic cables with precision Feed small, color-coded wires through connectors following blueprints or work instructions Ensure wires are placed in the exact order for accuracy Apply epoxy to fully coat wire assemblies Load parts into curing devices for drying Perform final polishing and connection testing Use small hand tools, microscopes, or projection scopes as needed What We're Looking For 6 months1+ year of assembly experience (small parts, electronics, or medical device preferred) Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Ability to accurately see, identify, and place color-coded wires Comfortable working under a microscope Good verbal and written communication skills Nice to Have Medical device or clean-room assembly experience Guidewire or fiber-optic assembly experience Blueprint or work-instruction reading experience Electronics or precision manufacturing experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodbury, MN.
