Automotive Technician – A‐Level or B‐Level

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated A‐Level or B‐Level Automotive Technician to join our team. This full‐time position is ideal for a technician who values stability, professionalism, and long‐term career growth. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in high‐quality workmanship, and works well in a team‐oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
• Complete flat‐rate or time‐based repair tasks efficiently and professionally
• Use scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop resources to identify issues
• Document all work performed and recommended services clearly and accurately
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
• Test‐drive vehicles to verify repairs when necessary
• Stay current with automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques
• Assist in maintaining shop equipment and tools
• Provide excellent customer service through quality workmanship and professionalism

Qualifications

A‐Level Technician Requirements

• Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to handle complex repairs with minimal supervision
• Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, HVAC, drivability, etc.)
• 5+ years professional experience preferred
• ASE certifications strongly preferred

B‐Level Technician Requirements

• Solid mechanical repair skills and ability to perform most maintenance and repair tasks
• Basic diagnostic ability and willingness to learn advanced systems
• 2–4 years professional experience preferred
• ASE certifications a plus

General Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Own a professional set of tools 
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast‐paced, team‐focused environment
• Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Work Schedule

• Full‐time, Monday–Friday
• Stable hours with consistent workload
