Bilingual Customer Retention Specialist - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

Ryan Williams State Farm is adding a Customer Retention Specialist in Chicago, Illinois to help existing customers with policy questions, billing, claims follow-up, and coverage updates. This is a steady, customer-facing office role for someone organized, patient, and comfortable handling phone-based service. Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out for policy reviews and renewals to retain customers
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
• Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately
• Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism
• Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews
• Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention
• Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license
• Positive, professional, customer-first attitude

Pay range: $55,000-$75,000 per year
