Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Hybrid Entry-Level Candidate Experience Coordinator based in New York, NY. This role combines remote flexibility with occasional in-office collaboration for team meetings, onboarding coordination, and hiring events.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, communicative, and interested in recruiting or HR. No prior experience is required—training will be provided.

The Candidate Experience Coordinator will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and professional hiring experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate availability
• Communicate with candidates via email and messaging platforms
• Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience
• Track candidate progress through hiring stages
• Maintain records in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Support recruiters with administrative tasks
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires
• Assist with hiring events or occasional in-office activities
• Manage calendars and scheduling across teams
• Help improve recruiting processes and communication

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience required (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and time management
• Basic computer skills (email, calendars, spreadsheets)
• Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented
• Professional and friendly communication style
• Comfortable working both remotely and in-office as needed
• Interest in HR, recruiting, or operations
