CASE MANAGER (REMOTE)
Legacy Navigation | Full-Time | Work From Home
This position is only open to residents within 60 minutes of Boise Idaho.

At Legacy Navigation, we bring clarity, strategy, and unwavering advocacy to seniors and their families navigating long-term care and Medicaid planning. These transitions are complex, emotional, and financially overwhelming and families trust us to walk through every step with them.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Starting Pay: $23/hour
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Case Manager, you’ll carry a caseload of up to approximately 40 clients and guide each family from first contact through final resolution. This role is both strategic and relational, big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to every detail.
