Our law firm is expanding and we are seeking to add an Case Manager to our amazing team. If you are looking for growth and an opportunity to learn from one of the best trial attorneys this is the place to be.

Join our team today! Candidates must meet the follow criteria: Must have 1-3 years experience in personal injury law as an Case Manager. Work Location: In person.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as main point of contact for Car Accident clients.

  • Set up medical appointments.

  • Handle property damage claims from A - Z.

  • Monitor case expenses and maintain accurate records of billing purposes.

  • The responsibilities and qualifications described in this job description may be subject to modification based on changing organizational needs and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience working in a personal injury law firm as a Case Manager.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

  • Great customer service skills. Friendly on the phone and in person.

  • Strong knowledge of personal injury law and medical terminology. Must understand how to manage a case properly by understanding medical terminology, MRIs, orthopaedics and pain management.

  • Must be detailed and organized.
