In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, document clinical outcomes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and functional improvement. You’ll deliver evidence-based care while maintaining high clinical and documentation standards.

You’ll Achieve Success By:

• Provide direct patient care while overseeing clinic operations to ensure exceptional service and outcomes.

• Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff to build a high-performing, patient-focused team.

• Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to drive financial success and operational efficiency.

• Expand clinic visibility through community outreach, marketing, and patient engagement initiatives.

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in Rhode Island

• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems

Compensation: $90,000-$105,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
