The Catalyst Corporation is currently hiring an Entry Level Direct Marketing Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for motivated, competitive, and people-oriented individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, leadership, and customer engagement.

We specialize in face-to-face marketing and retail promotions for nationally recognized brands.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers face-to-face in a retail environment to promote current products, services, and promotions
• Educate potential customers and answer questions with professionalism and confidence
• Represent client brands through in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships
• Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and consumer relations
• Generate leads, drive sales, and support customer acquisition efforts
• Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance goals
• Participate in daily training sessions focused on sales, leadership, and communication development

Qualifications:

• 0–1 year of experience in customer service, retail, marketing, or sales preferred, but not required
• Paid training provided for all entry-level hires
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a student mentality and willingness to learn
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments
