Grifols, in partnership with ABC Healthcare, is seeking a dedicated Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to support high-quality patient care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide timely, compassionate pre-hospital and in-facility medical care to patients of varying ages and conditions. You will respond to medical emergencies, perform patient assessments, obtain vital signs, administer basic life support measures, and assist with stabilization and safe transport of patients to appropriate care settings. Working closely with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals, you will follow established clinical protocols, document all care accurately in electronic or paper medical records, and ensure that medical equipment and supplies are properly checked, maintained, and restocked. You will communicate clearly and respectfully with patients and families, explaining procedures and providing reassurance during stressful situations. As part of ABC Healthcare’s supportive and inclusive culture, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that values teamwork, compassion, and continuous learning. You will participate in ongoing training, skills refreshers, and quality improvement initiatives designed to enhance patient outcomes and promote evidence-based practice. This position requires strong critical thinking skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and adherence to all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines.
