Job Description

Our client is seeking an Epic Beaker Lab Analyst to support laboratory operations across anatomic and clinical pathology. This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level analyst who has a solid foundation in Epic and lab workflows and is eager to continue growing their technical and functional expertise. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT.

Epic Beaker Lab Analyst's Responsibilities and Duties

• Support Epic Beaker AP and CP modules, including configuration, build, and ongoing optimization
• Perform system configuration, unit testing, and integrated testing for new builds and enhancements
• Troubleshoot technical issues and partner with lab and IT teams to resolve them efficiently
• Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and change requests
• Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Document build decisions, workflows, and support processes

Epic Beaker Lab Analyst's Qualifications and Skills

• At least 2 years of experience as an Epic Beaker Analyst or in a related Epic clinical systems role
• Foundational experience supporting laboratory workflows, specifically AP and CP
• Epic Beaker certification preferred but not required, with a willingness to obtain
• Experience with configuration, build, and testing in Epic
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and clinical teams
