Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Manager, located in Los Angeles, CA. The Estate Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a private estate, including managing property maintenance, supervising staff, and coordinating events. Additional responsibilities include executing budgeting and financial oversight, ensuring adherence to high standards of service, and maintaining exceptional communication with homeowners and team members.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Estate Management, Property Management, and Facility Management (FM)
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight
  • Strong Customer Service skills and effective communication abilities
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven experience managing teams and leading household operations efficiently
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a proactive mindset to manage issues
  • Familiarity with luxury households and experience maintaining high standards is a plus
