Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accounting Clerk to join our growing team. This position will primarily support Accounts Payable (AP) functions, assist with Accounts Receivable (AR), and perform bank and credit card reconciliations. • Process vendor invoices and manage Accounts Payable workflow
• Assist with Accounts Receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
• Prepare and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
• Support month-end closing activities
• Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing inquiries
• Perform general administrative and accounting support tasks as needed

• 0-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience (internships welcome)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with QuickBooks and/or QuickBooks Online required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations
