Position Summary:
The Front of House Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dining room and service staff during evening operations. We're looking for a trainable, motivated leader who is hands-on, guest-focused, and capable of inspiring a team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front-of-house operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
Lead, train, and support service staff to maintain high standards
Create and maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
Address guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism
Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Monitor cleanliness, ambiance, and dining room readiness
Qualifications:
Prior full-service restaurant management experience required
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Hands-on, proactive approach to problem solving
Motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused
Available to work evenings, 5 days a week
Professional attitude with a focus on hospitality and team development
