Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented General Contractor Superintendent to oversee residential and light commercial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive field experience, and the ability to manage multiple phases of construction while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget.

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience in a General Contractor Superintendent role
2. Proven experience with:
3. 1. Custom homes
   2. Residential remodels
   3. Casitas
   4. Tenant improvements
4. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes
5. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day on-site operations
2. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades
3. Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
4. Maintain job site safety and enforce compliance standards
5. Conduct quality control inspections
6. Communicate progress updates with project managers and clients
7. Manage inspections and ensure code compliance

Compensation & Growth:
