Your day-to-day includes:

• Signature Consultations: Masterfully analyzing hair texture, growth patterns, and face shapes to design bespoke looks that fit the client's unique lifestyle.
• Precision Execution: Delivering high-level technical results across cuts, styling, and finishes, ensuring every guest leaves as a walking advertisement for your skills.
• Environment Curation: Contributing to a seamless salon flow, maintaining a pristine station, and collaborating with our team to keep the energy elevated.

The Strategy: Schedule & Compensation

• The Sweet Spot: 1525 hours per week.
