Position Summary
Under general supervision, the History/Psychology Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive clerical and operational support for the department. This position performs a variety of routine and moderately complex administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, report compilation, correspondence, scheduling meetings and events, and coordinating the flow of departmental documentation. The role serves as a liaison between departments, supporting operational processes while ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulations.

High school diploma or GED certificate and a minimum of six months of experience directly related to the duties specified.
