Job Description:
We are hiring compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)to provide in-home care to our clients. This role is ideal for caregivers looking for consistent hours while making a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities Include:
· Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
· Monitoring patient condition and documenting in EHR/EMR
· Taking vital signs
· Medication assistance per care plan
· Transfers and mobility support (Hoyer lift experience preferred)
· Light housekeeping and meal preparation
· Dementia, Alzheimer’s, hospice, and disability care as needed
Qualifications:
· Active CAN License or HHA certification (required)
· CPR certification (preferred)
· Home health, assisted living, or long-term care experience (preferred)
· Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy
· Reliable transportation
· Bilingual (preferred)
