Overview What You'll Do In This Role – You'll work across the full design process: developing sketches and renderings, building out construction documents, running computational models, and contributing to presentations that win hearts in the room. You'll be involved in design reviews, charrettes, and pin-ups early on. You'll coordinate with consultants, ask hard questions, and push ideas forward alongside people who take the craft seriously. This isn’t a sit-in-the-corner-and-draft role. We want you curious, vocal, and invested in the work. Participate in design reviews, charrettes, and pin-ups early in the project lifecycle. Coordinate with consultants, ask thoughtful questions, and push ideas forward with a collaborative team. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or a related field 1–3 years of experience Working knowledge of 2D/3D production tools; comfort with Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit, and visualization software like Enscape or V-Ray is a strong plus Familiarity with site analysis, environmental analysis tools (Ladybug, Climate Studio), and physical modeling Active pursuit of your LARE, and at least one living design accreditation on your radar — LEED AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, Passive House, ILFI, or similar What’s Here For You Perkins&Will is a global firm with over 2,800 people doing serious work in architecture, interiors, urban design, and landscape.
