Landscape Laborer

Our customer in Hudson, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. Were recruiting Landscape Laborers to work full-time on 1st shift. As a landscape laborer, you are responsible for performing physical tasks such as planting, maintaining, and improving outdoor spaces, operating landscaping equipment, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and health of the landscape.

Responsibilities of the Landscape Laborer:

• Perform manual labor tasks including planting flowers, trees, shrubs, and grass to improve landscape appearance.
• Assist with the installation of landscaping features like patios, retaining walls, irrigation systems, and other hardscaping elements.
• Maintain landscape aesthetics by trimming hedges, pruning plants, and mowing lawns to ensure well-kept and healthy plants.
• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and other tools necessary for the job.
• Prepare and maintain garden beds, including soil preparation, fertilization, and mulching to promote plant health.
• Remove weeds, debris, and other unwanted materials to keep landscaping areas neat and clean.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
• Physical stamina to perform labor-intensive tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment to ensure efficient work.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team to complete landscaping tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for landscape design to ensure high-quality results.

Pay for Landscape Laborer: Starting at $18/hour (based on experience).
