Licensed Insurance Producer Immediate Hire (High Earning Potential)
We are a top-performing Allstate agency, ranked in the top 5% nationwide for the past 2 years, seeking a licensed insurance producer who can confidently quote and close business.
This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential for the right person. If you are motivated, competitive, and ready to produce, this is the opportunity.
What Youll Do:
Handle live inbound and outbound quotes
Close business on the first call whenever possible
Cross-sell and build long-term client relationships
Compensation:
Strong base pay
Uncapped commission
Additional performance bonus available for top producers
Performance Bonus:
$500 bonus for producing 100 items within your first 90 days

What Were Looking For:
Active Property & Casualty license or Personal Lines License (required)
Prior insurance sales experience preferred
Strong communication and closing skills

Minimum 20 items per month
