Hybrid: March 9, 2026 to June 30, 2026. In-person at FSC office every Tuesday and Wednesday and on Sunday, June 29th to support the San Francisco Pride Parade

Position Overview
As part of Sephora's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) team, the Manager, ERG Engagement and Communications is exclusively dedicated to supporting the planning, communications, and execution of Sephora's Pride initiative. This role focuses on leading
the organization of Sephora employee's participation (FSC, stores and DCs) in 8 Pride Parades nationwide, and the development and delivery of approximately 60 related in-
store Brave Space activations for our clients, ensuring Sephora's values of belonging and equity are meaningfully brought to life for our employees, clients and communities we serve.
This position works closely with the DE&I Director and DE&I Team, ERG leaders, and cross-functional partners across Communications, Retail Operations, Marketing, and Social Impact to bring programmatic creativity and attention to detail to the planning and execution of Sephora's Pride initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management & Engagement
• Manage and support the planning, communications, and ensures efficient and effective execution of Sephora's Pride initiative, including 8 Pride Parades and about 60 in-store activations.
• Lead the project details, asset delivery, and timelines, ensuring all aspects of the program and engagement initiatives are meticulously managed and organized.
• Partners with non-profit partners and external vendors ensuring requirements are met for all parade logistics and needs.
• Support program success by building resources, streamlining workflows, and providing communications and event-planning guidance.
• Monitor and report on program engagement, impact metrics and end of program key learnings.


DE&I Communications & Storytelling
• Craft and develop all internal related communications related to Sephora's Pride initiative across platforms including SharePoint, My Sephora Inclusion (internal platform), and develop other visual materials as needed in support .
• Collaborate with DE&I Director and creative and editorial teams as needed to produce inclusive, resonant content for Sephora Pride initiatives and storytelling moments.
• Serve as a liaison with Corporate (FSC) Store and Distribution Center Communications to ensure cohesive storytelling and DE&I messaging throughout the organization.
Team & Operational Support
• Assist with Sephora's Pride initiative budget tracking, vendor coordination, and planning processes alongside the Director of DE&I.
What You'll Bring
• 3 - 5 years of experience in DE&I, program management, internal communications, or related functions.
• Passion for inclusive storytelling and culture-building, paired with strong execution skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with a sharp eye for detail, tone, clarity, and visual presentation.
• Ability to use data to shape compelling narratives and influence outcomes.
• Familiarity with ERG management tools, DE&I content platforms, and internal communications channels is a plus.
• Deep cultural awareness, curiosity, and commitment to Sephora's values of equity and belonging.
