About the Role
The Company is in search of a dynamic Managing Director to spearhead operations and business development, with a focus on driving revenue and executing strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for team management, including leading weekly meetings, ensuring role clarity and accountability, and supporting the hiring and onboarding of new staff. Key qualifications include excellent communication skills, familiarity with CRM, online community platforms, and automation tools, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, content-heavy environment. The role requires a candidate who is adept at cross-functional leadership, moves with urgency and accountability, and is proficient in or can quickly learn various operational tools. Success in this position will be measured by the timely and budget-friendly launch of projects, consistent revenue growth, and the maintenance of a high-performing, accountable team.
