Position Type: Contract Remote Responsibilities: New Loyalty Initiatives: Act as the primary point of contact for major loyalty program initiatives. Manage project workflows and timelines, ensuring steady progress. Collaborate cross-functionally with key business partners. Oversee development of digital programs. Track program results and provide regular updates to leadership. Support communication strategy and execution. Field Engagement Program Management: Manage field engagement programs including communications and point’s disbursement. Serve as the primary contact for internal incentive programs - monitoring the program and supporting international regions. Launch and track promotions. Serve as the contact for inquiries. Assist with quality assurance changes to further integrate loyalty. Ongoing Enrollment Program Management: Monitor enrollment initiatives and serve as a liaison from the loyalty team. Share regular updates with leadership Monitor enrollment data, proactively identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Share insights and recommendations regularly with leadership and create action plans for improvement. Additional Tasks: Conduct brand standards audits to support loyalty integration. Manage point budget allocations related to this role and ensure budget adherence. Organize and lead global loyalty meetings. Manage QR code requests and creation for the Client Rewards team.
