Lead electrical installation, service, and upgrade work for residential and light commercial projects across Texas
Ensure all electrical work meets NEC standards and local code requirements
Serve as the primary technical resource for troubleshooting complex electrical issues
Review job scopes, project plans, and site conditions to support efficient project execution
Work closely with operations, project management, and field teams to deliver high quality outcomes
Mentor apprentices and journeymen by sharing best practices and reinforcing strong workmanship standards
Support inspections, permitting coordination, and code compliance across projects
Help improve field processes, documentation, and training that support safe and consistent electrical work
Deliver a professional customer experience on every project

Active Master Electrician license in Texas
Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code and local electrical requirements
Experience with residential or light commercial electrical service, installation, and upgrades
Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems and provide practical solutions
Experience guiding or mentoring electricians in a field environment
Ability to communicate clearly with team members, inspectors, and customers
Strong organization and attention to detail across multiple projects
Valid drivers license
Ability to work on job sites and perform hands on electrical work as needed
