Medical Assembler Pay $18-19/hr - Great Opportunity for Growth!

Join our team as a Medical Assembler where you will play a crucial role in assembling life-saving medical devices using hand tools and microscopes. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to learn complex processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices using hand tools and microscopes.
• Operate in a cleanroom environment and adhere to strict cleanliness protocols.
• Cross-train at different assembly stations and use equipment such as blades and cutters.
• Inspect and maneuver small components and parts with great dexterity.
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 6 months experience in medical assembly or related manufacturing/assembly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong hand dexterity and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using rulers and calipers for measurements.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous medical assembly experience is highly preferred.
• Stable work history in assembly or manufacturing environments.

Work Environment

This role is based in a medical device company requiring work in a full cleanroom environment. Employees must wear a hair net, gown, booties, and wash their hands each time before entering. The dress code prohibits nail polish, long fake nails, makeup, fragrance, henna tattoos, and pants with holes. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minnetonka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $19.25/hr.
