Our client, a global leader in life-saving medical technology, is seeking a Medical Device Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate , you will be part of the Production Department supporting Life Sciences Manufacturing Teams . The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail , strong manual dexterity , and a positive professional attitude , which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

• Precision Assembly: Perform a combination of assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, ICDs, and related medical leads.

• Quality Documentation: Maintain accurate records to ensure traveler and quality documents are complete and all parts are 100% traceable.

• Technical Compliance: Follow standardized procedures and utilize electronic data collection systems to meet quality and profitability metrics.

• Process Improvement: Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

• Safety & Regulatory Support: Adhere to all safety guidelines and support Quality (QMS) and Environmental (EMS) Management Systems.

What’s Needed?

• Technical Proficiency: Ability to read, comprehend, and follow complex written procedures and verbal instructions.

• Manual Dexterity: Proven ability to handle and maneuver very small components and parts with high precision.

• Sterile Discipline: Absolute commitment to a strict clean-room dress code (no makeup, nail polish, or shedding fabrics).

• Judgment & Prioritization: Ability to prioritize work by determining the sequencing and timing of jobs based on importance.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
