We are seeking a project coordinator to schedule and coordinate external B2B customers and technical subject matter experts for a high‑tech client team in Redmond, WA. This long‑term, full‑time contract role is fully remote.
Match interested customers with the appropriate client SMEs and schedule meetings for the two parties to discuss technical implementation details. Listen to customer interest or concerns, make sound judgments on appropriate technical SME matches, manage Outlook calendars, coordinate schedules, and handle complexities involved in scheduling busy people. Provide collaborative, responsive, positive, and extremely organized support.
Pay range: $38–43/hr (W2, depending on experience). Base pay: $38.00/hr – $43.00/hr.
