RN UAS Assessment Nurse: Full-Time Special Project (3 Months)
Elderwood IPA
Elderwood IPA is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to support a special community health assessment initiative.

Unlike bedside roles, this position focuses on comprehensive patient assessments, clinical evaluation, and care coordination insight that directly supports care management teams and member service planning.
Registered Nurses with experience in community health, long-term care, or MLTC assessment work are encouraged to apply and support this important community health initiative with Elderwood IPA.
