Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a mission-driven RN Manager to lead and support our nursing team in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to underserved communities. As an integral leader within our Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will oversee day-to-day clinical operations, guide nursing staff, and help shape a culture that places holistic wellness, integrity, and community engagement at the center of everything we do. In this role, you will provide direct leadership to registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and medical support staff, ensuring that patient care is safe, efficient, and aligned with evidence-based standards. You will coordinate staffing and daily workflow, support triage and care coordination, and promote smooth patient flow so individuals and families receive timely, respectful care. Working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health professionals, and administrative staff, you will help deliver integrated, team-based care that addresses physical, emotional, and social determinants of health. The RN Manager will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality and safety initiatives, including infection prevention practices, medication safety, and adherence to clinical protocols. You will review clinical and operational data, identify trends, and collaborate with leadership to design improvements that enhance patient outcomes and experience. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, maintaining clear documentation and upholding organizational policies and procedures. A core aspect of this position is the professional development and support of the nursing team. You will onboard and mentor new staff, coordinate ongoing training, and provide regular feedback and coaching to foster clinical excellence and growth. By modeling compassionate communication and ethical decision-making, you will help cultivate a supportive work environment where staff feel empowered to advocate for patients and for each other.
