This Senior Administrative Assistant role is critical to how TPG operates day to day. You'll support senior leaders, keep fast-moving priorities organized, and ensure seamless coordination across a global organization. If you enjoy ownership, variety, and being the person others rely on, this role offers visibility, impact, and growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate across multiple global time zones
Arrange and manage high-volume domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, and expenses
Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools
Handle confidential communications and act as a liaison across TPG leadership, internal teams, and Micron sites
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, onboarding, and department operations
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong on-time delivery
Experience supporting complex calendars and global travel coordination
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting senior or executive-level leaders
Background working in a global or matrixed organization
Experience onboarding or mentoring other administrative professionals
Familiarity with vendor coordination, event planning, or facilities support
