The OpportunityWere looking for a Senior Brand Designer who can translate brand direction into thoughtful, well-executed design across campaigns, e-commerce, and marketing channels while also contributing to the visual direction and evolution of the brand.This role sits at the intersection of design execution and creative development. Youll partner closely with the Creative Director to bring concepts to life, while also helping shape how those ideas are expressed visually across channels.In addition to strong design execution, this role requires taste, a strong understanding of brand, and the ability to interpret and extend creative direction from layout and typography to imagery, composition, and overall visual storytelling.Youll play a key role in producing marketing and brand assets that support product launches, campaigns, and ongoing e-commerce needs, while helping maintain and evolve a cohesive visual language across all brand touchpoints.What You'll DoBrand Design Execute design across digital and print touchpoints Design assets for campaigns, email marketing, paid media, social, and site content Develop layouts for landing pages, product storytelling, and brand communications Translate creative direction into cohesive visual systems across deliverables Maintain brand consistency across typography, layout, and graphic elements Ensure all work reflects Mina Baies visual standards and evolving brand identityCreative Development & Direction Interpret and extend creative direction into clear visual outputs Contribute references and ideas that shape composition, framing, and overall visual direction Support pre-production by helping define visual approach for shoots and content Provide thoughtful feedback on imagery, selects, and design execution Bring a strong point of view while staying aligned with overarching creative direction Campaign & Launch Support Support development and rollout of creative assets for launches and campaigns Adapt campaign concepts across channels and formats Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to align with timelines and priorities Produce final deliverables across multiple platforms with strong attention to detail Creative Collaboration Partner closely with the Creative Director across concept and execution Work cross-functionally to bring projects from idea through final delivery Incorporate feedback efficiently while prioritizing a high standard of design quality Creative Operations Maintain organized working files and asset structures Support and uphold creative workflows and processes Ensure deliverables are prepared correctly for internal teams and external partners Balance design quality with timelines and production needsWho You Are You have strong design fundamentals across typography, layout, and composition You have a refined eye and strong visual judgment You can translate direction into thoughtful, elevated design outcomes Youre detail-oriented but also understand the bigger picture Youre comfortable contributing to visual direction, not just executing You are organized, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment You communicate clearly and collaborate well across teamsNice To Have Experience working within fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands Experience contributing to photoshoot direction or visual development Strong understanding of commercial photography and composition Experience managing freelancers or external creative partners Experience in fast-paced e-commerce or DTC environmentsTools & TechnologyCreative & DesignFigma creative boards, planning, and collaborationAdobe Creative Suite design execution and reference developmentProduction & PlanningAsana project tracking and timelinesDropbox asset organization and deliveryPhotography & Asset WorkflowCapture One or Lightroom familiarity preferredBasic understanding of production workflows and file managementHow to ApplySend your resume and portfolio showcasing both executed design work and examples of creative thinking or direction.
