In this role, you will provide critical support to the legal department and be responsible for a wide range of corporate legal tasks. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, takes initiative, is adaptable to business needs, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you are excited about a high-impact legal opportunity at a rapidly growing AI company, we want to hear from you!What You'll DoCorporate entity governance and maintenance for domestic and foreign entitiesPrepare board materials, written consents, resolutions, certifications, minutes, and other corporate documentationAssist with legal aspects of special projects, including financings, real estate, insurance, and M&A: transactions documents, due diligence, and ongoing obligations.Support compliance function, including maintaining policy database and providing guidance on legal processes and proceduresSupport the drafting and maintenance of employment-related documentsConduct legal research and benchmarkingRespond to internal and external legal inquiries (e.g., vendor KYC)Work with other members of the legal team and as well as other company functional departments on special initiativesProvide operational support to the legal team (e.g., manage legal subscriptions)What You HaveMinimum of five years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm or technology company, with a broad scope of practice: corporate governance, securities, employment, and strategic transactionsRegistered notaryBachelor’s degree (paralegal certificate is a plus)Self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detailReliable problem solver who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities with a service-oriented attitudeTeam-focused and collaborative work style; willingness to build expertise and solve new challenges in an evolving practicePlus: Experience with private-company employee equity and cap table management software (e.g., Carta) or willingness to learnCompensation$108,700 - $163,100 USDDepending on your location, an
