As a Project Manager you’ll:

• Leading projects from preconstruction through close-out
• Managing budgets, schedules, procurement, and contracts
• Coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, architects, and clients
• Handling subcontractor negotiations, agreements, and change orders
• Conducting site visits to monitor progress and proactively resolve issues
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high standards
• Utilizing tools like Procore to maintain project efficiency and transparency

What We’re Looking For

• 10–15 years of experience in commercial construction
• Strong background working with a GC
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in retail, industrial, self-storage, or site development projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• A self-starter who can confidently run projects with minimal oversight
