End Date: April 2, 2027
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $65.00-$75.00/hr DOE
About the Role We are partnering with a global medical device organization known for innovation and patient-focused technology to identify an experienced SEO & AIO Manager. This individual will lead global on-page SEO and AI Optimization strategy across 15+ regional websites spanning multiple languages.
This is a strategic, highly visible role focused on driving organic growth and strengthening AI-driven visibility across international markets. The ideal candidate brings strong technical SEO expertise, experience managing global site ecosystems, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
What You Will Be Responsible For Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute global on-page SEO and AI Optimization strategies aligned with business objectives
- Create and maintain SEO and AIO guidelines, frameworks, templates, and documentation
Audits & Optimization
- Conduct monthly and quarterly technical and content audits
- Optimize metadata, headings, internal linking, and site architecture for both search engine and AI visibility
Content Collaboration
- Provide keyword research and approve SEO and AIO content briefs
- Review content drafts to ensure proper structure, keyword alignment, alt text, and AI readability
Performance & Reporting
- Analyze SEO and AI visibility performance across regions and languages
- Identify growth opportunities and prioritize technical and content improvements
- Monitor keyword rankings, traffic trends, and AI-driven content performance metrics
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate with PR on off-page SEO and AI initiatives including citations and link-building efforts
- Support UX and CRO teams with SEO-driven insights to enhance performance
- Guide SEO and AIO strategy during website redesigns, product launches, and international expansion efforts
What You Bring - 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with strong on-page expertise
- Experience with AI Optimization strategies and AI visibility tools
- Background managing multi-site, multi-language global SEO programs
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and related analytics platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
