Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly Responsibilities: Adhere to dealership standards and policies of superb customer satisfaction throughout the sales and negotiation process Arrange test drives, demos, and other presentations to showcase vehicle features and impress potential buyers professionally Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, applications processes and consult the sales manager as needed Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport when assisting potential customers with their vehicle selections Receive customers in a welcoming and professional manner to drive car sales Engage with customers on the sales floor and over the phone as needed to meet the customer’s needs Successful completion of appropriate paperwork and documentation for all vehicle sales Review all payment options with customers Walk customers through the Grote Automotive car buying experience from start to finish Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is preferred; high school diploma or GED equivalent mandatory Exemplary interpersonal, negotiation, time management, and communication skills are essential for meeting customer needs Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record Sales experience in a showroom or auto dealership setting preferred About Company We are on a mission to put the fun back into buying a car and bring respect and responsibility back to the car business.
