Qualifications & Experience:

• Associate's degree from an accredited SLPA program or equivalent.
• Active SLPA license or eligible for licensing in California.
• Relevant experience in school or healthcare settings strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication, organization, and record-keeping skills.
• Enthusiasm for professional development and adaptable to changing school needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services as prescribed by supervising SLP.
• Assist with developing and implementing communication goals for students.
• Document student progress, maintain accurate therapy logs, and support compliance with IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student achievement.
• Contribute to evaluations, reports, and meetings under supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow school district and ethical guidelines.
