Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a stand-up forklift to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up forklifts (reach truck, electric pallet jack, cherry picker if applicable) safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials
• Pick and pull orders accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a stand-up forklift required
• Valid forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and good attendance record

Work Environment:

• Warehouse setting with varying temperatures (may be cold or hot depending on season)
• Fast-paced environment with moderate to heavy lifting
