About Stretch Zone- Stretch Zone is the nations premier practitioner-assisted stretching brand, helping members improve mobility, reduce stiffness, recover faster, and feel better. Our Centreville studio is growing, and we are seeking a high-performing leader to drive sales, lead the team, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Position Summary- We are hiring a results-sales driven Studio Manager to lead daily operations and grow membership base.
This role is ideal for someone with strong sales instincts, leadership ability, and a passion for fitness, wellness, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Membership Growth

• Drive demo-to-membership conversions
• Lead all inbound lead follow-up (calls, texts, email)
• Build referral and retention strategies
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Train team members on closing and client experience
• Be focused on Outreach/Collaboration events

Leadership & Operations

• Manage daily studio operations
• Lead, coach, and hold team accountable
• Ensure a five-star member experience
• Maintain CRM accuracy and KPI reporting
• Keep studio organized, professional, and high-energy

Performance Metrics

• Membership sales
• Conversion rate
• Show rate
• Revenue growth
• Retention

Compensation- $45,000 $55,000+ earning potential
Includes:
Competitive base pay, Uncapped commission and Monthly performance bonuses
