This position is for the night shift.
Receiving communications from company dispatcher.
Driving to the scene of a vehicle breakdown or accident.
Interacting with the customer to find out the nature of the problem.
Performing roadside vehicle diagnostics.
Performing minor repairs.
Jump-starting vehicles, changing tires and reconnecting vehicle parts.
Suggesting a course of action.
Connecting the damaged vehicle to the truck with a chain, wench, or steering block.
Towing the vehicle to an authorized station or to the yard.
Reporting to base and completing paperwork.
Over 21 years of age.
Possess a valid CA license.
Must have clean driving record.
One year of tow experience.
Exceptional customer service.
Must live in Dixon area.
Must be willing to work days, nights, and weekends with flexibility for varying shifts.
Possess basic mechanical aptitude.
Successful drug test and clean DMV record.
Superior customer service as drivers work in the field directly with the general public.
Positive attitude.
Physical activity required such as standing, sitting, stooping, bending and lifting.
Great communication skills.
Must be punctual and well-groomed.
Will negotiate pay with experience, built in overtime.
