Unit Information: Maternal Infant Unit Location: CJW Johnston Willis Address: 1401 Johnston Willis Drive, Richmond, VA 23235 Floor: 3rd Building: Atrium General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds – 24 Number of Staff – 71 Type of staff: Day Shift – labor nurse, nursery nurse, OB tech, secretary, leadership, educator Night Shift – labor nurse, nursery nurse, OB tech, secretary Patient Ratios – labor 1:1 (most of the time), post-partum 5-6:1, nursery 5-6:1 Type of equipment – GE fetal monitors EMR – Meditech, CPN Hiring Profile Must have : At least 2 years of labor experience Preferred or nice to have : 2 years of labor experience with a history working in an LDRP with high birth volumes List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Vaginal deliveries, C-sections, antepartum patients.
