MIG Welder – North Branch, MN Overview

Express Employment Professionals Forest Lake has partnered with a company in North Branch that is hiring for a MIG Welder position!
As a MIG Welder, you'll be working in a hands-on production environment where your day will involve welding metal components, reading blueprints, and ensuring high-quality welds that meet specifications. You'll be part of a team that values precision, safety, and craftsmanship.

Competitive Pay : Earn $27.00 per hour.
Consistent Schedule : Work Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM.
Weekly Paychecks : Get paid every Friday!

• Perform MIG welding on steel and metal components according to blueprints and specifications
• Inspect welds for quality, strength, and adherence to standards
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including adjusting settings for optimal performance
• Interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety protocols

• High school diploma or GED
• Drug screen required
• Background check and drug screen not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Previous experience with MIG welding and fabrication
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
