Dermatology Office Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our dermatology office in Collegeville, PA (19426). The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. This position involves assisting healthcare professionals with various tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the clinic while delivering exceptional service to patients. The work schedule is four days per week, with ten-hour shifts from 7am-6pm. The hourly pay is $19-22/hour.

Duties

• Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Perform routine clinical tasks, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and conducting basic life support as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide education to patients regarding their treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Support geriatric patients by understanding their specific needs and providing appropriate care.
• Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and conducive to patient care.
• Collaborate with other medical staff to enhance patient service and improve overall clinic operations.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of patient care protocols and practices.
• Proficiency in taking vital signs and performing basic life support techniques.
• Two years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to administer medications accurately and safely.
• Solid understanding of anatomy to assist in various medical procedures effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Experience in dermatology is a plus.
