Bank Teller

Hire Up is seeking a fulltime, temp-to-hire Bank Teller for a reputable banking institution in Encino, California! This position will start as soon as possible!

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00am-4:00pm

Hourly Rate: $20-22.00/hr. DOE

What You'll Do:

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Answer customer calls with a customer-first approach, solving their issues and making their banking experience memorable.
• Enhance Banking Experiences: Recommend products and services tailored to customer needs, helping them improve their banking experience.
• Receive Training: Gain the skills and knowledge to handle increasingly complex customer inquiries through extensive, paid training.
• Build Relationships: Foster strong customer relationships and contribute to a positive team environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication, problem-solving abilities, and computer proficiency.
• Mindset: Positive, customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must not have had a bank account closed for negative activity, owe money to a financial institution, or have a history of bounced checks.
