This role requires expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, market analysis, and multimedia content development, along with the ability to translate senior leadership objectives into measurable, return-on-investment (ROI) driven marketing campaigns.
The Marketing & Advertising Specialist will support the New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) Recruiting and Retention Battalion (RRBN) by developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives designed to increase enlistments, reduce attrition, and strengthen retention efforts across the state. The specialist will translate senior leadership objectives into measurable, return-on-investment (ROI) driven marketing campaigns, leveraging digital media, social media engagement, and traditional advertising channels.
This role requires expertise in marketing strategy, digital communications, analytics, and content development, along with the ability to collaborate with military leadership, public affairs personnel, and external marketing partners.
