Production Laborer - Pallet Repair
We are seeking a Production Laborer to work in our pallet repair facility, inspecting and repairing wooden pallets in a high‑volume, fast‑paced production environment. This role is physically demanding and ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, staying active all day, and being paid based on individual productivity.

Pay structure - piece rate per pallet.
This is a production‑based, piece‑rate position; your pay is directly tied to the number of pallets you repair.
Base pay: Hourly training rate for the initial training period (for example: first 1-2 weeks) while you learn safety, quality standards, and repair techniques.
