Job Description

Overview
As a Senior Designer at Redscout, you lead projects from start to finish, setting the vision for meetings, milestones, and deliverables and developing meaningful relationships with clients. You’ll collaborate with Directors and Partners to drive successful outcomes on larger, more complex, engagements.

Responsibilities
On any given day you might—

Lead junior members within your discipline on a project team.

Create inspiring and culturally-driven content for pitches, including original project approaches and methodology.

Own the vision and execution of the deliverables on your projects, working in partnership with Scouts to craft sharp, high-quality artifacts that provide clarity and impact.

Design workshops and meetings to achieve understanding and alignment.

Build close, productive relationships with senior clients.

Guide successful collaborative relationships with your strategy, client services, and design teammates.

Realize projects with both the highest level of creativity and respect for the client’s needs, schedule, and budget

Excite and inspire colleagues and clients alike, earning their confidence in your design and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications
Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail

Executes complex project plans with confidence

Proactively comes to the table with solutions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Capable of steering teams in partnership with project lead

Can interpret legal contracts and has a strong understanding of how to leverage them.

Strong knowledge of the consumer research process, set up and outputs; ? Directs sub vendors and confidently owns communications with third parties

Understands resourcing requirements to deliver Redscout quality work; Forecasts resourcing needs over the span of a project life cycle.

Proactively identifies resourcing gaps and raises to the appropriate department leads as necessary.

Team player and willing to collaborate across disciplines (strategy, design, growth, operations)

Open to receiving feedback and willing to absorb and adjust behaviors in order to learn and grow.

Confident providing feedback to peers.
